I was at Canada post office on October 20th at 9 am in the morning, so it arrived Ottawa on Monday 24th. My passports have arrived but I am not at home so I will have to go pick them up at post office after work. ;)

sometimes we get that email before the update happens, sometimes cic does something on our application that we cannot see but still the system sends an email saying there has been an update. Dont worry. It´s normal. Check on Monday to see if there is an update or not.

Is there anything you can do with your passport?When you say it´s damaged, how much damaged?Is it too damaged to take at least photocopy of the main page with your personal information?? I think that would be good enough....
