there r no rules for prejune applicants,cic always keeps updating the time frame(presently saying 18 months for ND). i,ve personally notice from the last 2 years and haven't seen anyone who got pr in time especially for(prejune applicants).hope and wait my friend there r applicants who r waiting...

as far as i see all the prejune applicants on this forum waiting for mr from NDVO .there r factors like background check,requirement of additional documents by visa officer.normally i think from 15days to 6months is the time frame after ecas change into process.hope will the bright day come too...
