mine is same like u applied in sep2006 then reapplied before june2010 in NOC 4131 both shows in process. but from yesterday can't access my ecas

i cn't access my ecas but in case of my brother it is accessable&its working. idon't know whats the reason.mine vo is ND and his is sydney vo
