can access the ecas, no addition of any line. just address disappearing

hope so mississaugans. the whole last week i couldn't access the ecas but from yesterday i can login to my ecas without showing my address. i don't think its a glitch. chc nvdo had updated my surname during the disapperance of the ecas.so there is light of hope mate.
