hi all,
under the proposed changes in the applications bfor 2008 , old cases will b closed with full refund of fees...will my file be send back as i applied in 2007 got file no in the same yr till dt case status IN PROCESS..help plzz

mine shows in process since oct 2006,i don't know whats gonna happen but
i reapplied again in same noc in 2010 (prejune applicant)which is been in process since mar2012
both cases are in process
