well I would certainly like to elaborate about eidi thing......its specifically a monetary gift given by all the elders of a family to all the youngsters, youngsters use this money to celebrate the occasion by having lunch or breakfasts/high teas or either buying gifts. the amount of eidi varies...

cic has already updated their website about how much apps they have processed and cap limits......still on spreadsheet they are stuck on may 7th applicants.......no new payments are cashed and no new per received.......I m 8th may applicant and God knows how hard I m praying and waiting to hear...

yep its true this time cap is filling faster than the last time, and also they have to clear all the apps b4 new system takes off in Jan 2015. but at least applicants till 3rd week of may can feel safe and under cap!

how can u even receive a passport without signing it in front of officer from whom you are receiving it? and if u forgot to do so.....simply sign it where it says and then use it. you can apply but later it will make problems for you cos at immigration they can check your signs on forms to...

I don't think you have to provide pcc from all those places where u lived in the past some years. u have to provide pcc from where u r living currently. because it would be illogical for a person who lived in several different countries to get pcc from each one, which will take ages and doesn't...

cic looks for liquid funds initially in form of cash in bank account. this can ensure u to get per.......but get ur papers ready for VO background check.......they really don't like liabilities......many applicants faces rejection due to this issue that they failed to satisfy the VO inquiry.
