did u hired a recognized consultant whose name is on cic list? if yes, lodge your complain to cic, explain them how you were looted and your time wasted, believe me they will do the rest thing for you...even your fees will be refunded. now I don't think that consultant was listed and recognized...

well I hired a cic recognized consultant....a top one....and negotiated to a reasonable amount for his services...........just provided him all the docs......hardly visited him just thrice..........sitting back and relaxing........really never ran from any pillar to any post! ;D

who said that the authorized consultants forge docs? its like in every system there are loop holes.......and the experts who understand the system at grass root level can take benefit of those shortcomings until unless they are not against the law. the listed cic consultants are all aware of...

right said...even u cannot just copy paste and edit it and send......they can catch it easily and u go straight for rejection. also one thing is true that one cannot perform all the duties mentioned in the noc.......its impossible. they have mentioned it just to get an idea for u that u can...

brother don't take it seriously by heart but understand the requirements of certain thing. its good to know ur wife take scarf and cover her head but in photos her head must not be covered (atleast the forehead), her ears must be visible and prefer not to wear spectacles. u can read very clear...

about noc 2174........my app reached cio last year on 15 june and was rejected due to cap was reached. although I was notified about it in September but that doesn't mean all the apps till September or july were accepted. what I found was that for 2174, all apps which reached cio by 8 june 2014...

it must not be older than 2 months when received at cio......better get on latest dates.

the fact is that, most of us don't know how to properly fill the forms and how to submit and write docs........for the very 1st or even 2nd 3rd time...........what happens is we waste precious time and cap gets filled and we wait for next year and so on.........so normally this takes 2nd or 3rd...

if possible get the latest one, u never know with cio....they can accept it and they can object on it as well.

I didn't mentioned that they get delayed or processed quickly, its just that they get checked in details thoroughly. but that doesn't mean those are exempted who hired consultants or are from Europe and usa. its just a case what I understood.

it seems most of the people are concerned with how cio can contact their employers to cross check them that they have provided authentic and reliable information about themselves. what I understand is...cio really don't cross check all the applicants..infact they don't have that much time to...

thanks for the +1. brother u must put all of your education u did after ur bachelors under post graduate section. but one thing is confusing....masters are normally for one year or two....I haven't heard any master for 1.5 years? kindly check your records to avoid error. if u have done masters...

how are you calculating your score? please show a break down how you are getting 66? may be someone can help then.

dude you should count your HSC under high school category and in Canada all education between primary and college/uni is counted under high school category. your univ/college should be between 3 - 4 years depending what degree your studied.
