**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

I think most of us have been putting it under AOR2 as well. Maybe we'll need an AOR3... I got the CPC-M AOR2 email too, but no change in ECAS.

    OB570 Stream.

Exactly, we don't really know what criteria need to be satisfied before being eligible to apply for PR, but OERB can ask CIC for it, so it does exist. Maybe one of you can fill out an ATIP request to ask what CIC's criteria is? There must be a policy somewhere. It's all case-by-case. The whole...

    OB570 Stream.

FYI: I've requested a copy of OB570 under Access to Information on September 1st. I'll let you all know when I hear a response. I'm particularly interested if OB570 stream processing could be interpreted as the Principal Applicant being considered "Eligible to Apply for PR", as that can...

Wait 8-12 weeks to apply for Marriage Certificate?!

Marriages are provincial. The message you were confused about was from Ontario. Did you read your own link? The second sentence says: "On average, couples receive their marriage certificate three weeks after the wedding takes place."

Wait 8-12 weeks to apply for Marriage Certificate?!

It takes them about a month to register the marriage. So if you order the day after your wedding, it will take about a month from order date. If you order a month/year/decade after your wedding, it will take about 3 days from order date.

Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2017 timeline and updates

It would be dumb if they did: People can share email accounts just like they can share phone numbers.

TTC prices - dependent on distance or all the same

TTC prices are almost all flat rate. Some express routes require an extra fare. weekly = from Monday to Sunday.

Include Police Certificate With Application Forms?

My suggestion would be to include them as a package when you have a complete package. We only required one PCC, so we submitted it up-front. But this is from a country where getting another PCC is easy, so if they "lost" it, or failed to attach it and requested it later, it wouldn't be a delay...
