Additional Docs Required

Hello!
The status of my application changed last week and it said that more documents are required in order to process my husband's Outland PR application and that the message below will have all the details (there was no message below). I called the ircc, they said that they cannot see anything and that I should contact the VO office (Vienna), and gave me their email. However, I got an automatic reply saying that it will take 30 days to receive a response. I would really like to be able to know what it is that they need so that I can provide it to them ASAP. Is there anything else I can do?

By process of elimination, have you received a request (or already submitted) PCC, Schedule A and/or medical?

Yes, the police certificates and Schedule A has been submitted mid-june, and the medicals were done and have been passed in May, which is why I'm worried about this!

Seems to be a system glitch. Right after providing an additional doc that they had requested, our status changed to "The additional docs you provided have been uploaded" and a day after that it changed back to "We require more documents to continue processing your app. We will send you a message" that was a month a go. No message received. Dozens of other people see the same status under Additional documents review with no trace of any message from CIC/Visa Office. You've done your bit by emailing the VO (thats what we did too).
