OB570 is older than we thought (or only implemented recently) If you were OB570-streamed, and then weren't, it's probably a bad sign and you should order GCMS notes ASAP. PPR will come from CPC, no VO will be involved, the CoPR will come from CPC. They want to keep the triage criteria a secret.

Don't wait. They are already in default. They have 30 calendar days to respond. This is legislated, they can't complain about volume or some other BS. IRCC likes to say that the due date is the following business day if the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, but they're making things up...

Things seem to be all over the place right now. It doesn't surprise us that you'd be transferred and then transferred again. Might be a good time to request GCMS notes to find out if there was a particular reason and let us know.

Looking at the spreadsheets, it looks like CPC-M streamed applications don't get / haven't gotten any ECAS updates to IP. Myth. The ATIP department takes a snapshot within a day. After that, it's the ATIP department reviewing everything (or more likely just sitting on it until Day 30...)...
