OUTLAND approved sponsorship then STUCK in Mississauga ... GATHER HERE ...

AOR2 will say CPC-M. It may also be mentioned in GCMS notes.

OUTLAND approved sponsorship then STUCK in Mississauga ... GATHER HERE ...

OB570 is older than we thought (or only implemented recently) If you were OB570-streamed, and then weren't, it's probably a bad sign and you should order GCMS notes ASAP. PPR will come from CPC, no VO will be involved, the CoPR will come from CPC. They want to keep the triage criteria a secret.

Received another email saying that the consultations have been completed. So I should receive a response within the next few days.

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

Operational Bulletin 570 must be mucho important, on Day 27 I received: I've already replied back asking who these consultations are with and when they were initiated. My written my complaint to OIC will be posted tomorrow.

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

No email. GCKey says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Has anyone else made a complaint to the Office of the Information Commissioner about IRCC taking >30 days to respond? What was their outcome? Just about to put my complaint in the mailbox. If others want to make complaints, I might make a form letter for others to submit and I could mail it...

GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Don't wait. They are already in default. They have 30 calendar days to respond. This is legislated, they can't complain about volume or some other BS. IRCC likes to say that the due date is the following business day if the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, but they're making things up...

***APRIL 2017***SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Things seem to be all over the place right now. It doesn't surprise us that you'd be transferred and then transferred again. Might be a good time to request GCMS notes to find out if there was a particular reason and let us know.

Important OHIP eligibility info for all PR applicants residing in Ontario

Can anyone upload a copy of the CIC consent form the OERB sends out? Assuming it has no personal info on it. Would speed things up a little bit if we just included it with our appeal instead of waiting for OERB to send/receive the consent form. They won't get a separate letter from IRCC. It's...

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

Medical results updated to say "Passed". ECAS still says "Application Received". bafonso: Did you get sent to CPC-M directly for AOR2, or did your app get sent back to CPC-M from, say, Ottawa? Just trying to determine if any CPC-M AOR2s get ECAS updates or not.

GCMS mentions communications that never happened

Sounds like the type of things newspapers might be interested in. Just this week this story ran in the The Star: "Customer service a new concept for Canada’s Immigration Department" I guess they're still learning about it. Article contains many baffling points. You have to read it to...

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

It is my speculation. Please tell all if you have 1st/2nd degree knowledge. Perhaps in your wife's case, there's physical papers to be sorted through, or the ATIPs are unique queries? For GCMS, others have observed their documents were electronically generated the day after their request. With...

    ***Ontario Driving License***

Can the G1 test be taken while under a Temporary Resident Visa? Visa-exempt country, so nothing but a stamp in the foreign passport to show.

**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

Looking at the spreadsheets, it looks like CPC-M streamed applications don't get / haven't gotten any ECAS updates to IP. Myth. The ATIP department takes a snapshot within a day. After that, it's the ATIP department reviewing everything (or more likely just sitting on it until Day 30...)...
