If you are ever doubtful of any comment in this forum - call the CIC agent and ask. You need to put in your home address if you were unemployed for even 2 weeks (e.g. between jobs).

Not sure what you mean. I had numerous trips to the US myself, and was able to click on the "add entry" button to add details for every trip within the Physical Presence Calculator myself.
