Nopes I had submitted the certificate issued my municipal corporation.

Buddy I was not named till then, my BC was made just a week after my birth & my parents named me after that.. This case of name not being on BC is quite common.

Can you elaborate on this that how many applications have been accepted even after providing reference letter on A4 sheet from a senior as their company was unwilling to provide it on letterhead.
