Even my application was returned last year due to caps being filled, but CIC still writes your UCI number with pen/pencil on first page of generic application form. your consultant is purposely not telling your UCI number. But no worries, send your application w/o UCI number, CIC will update it.

Why do you want to wait, who knows what all new requirements they might put in express entry? Submit your application now, you could still have a chance, its just been 2 months since FSW 2014 has opened & moreover there are 1000 application sub-cap..

There is no need to write a cover letter, as CIC has given you a option of submitting PCC now or later when they request for it.. Hope this helps

Even i had to go through the same experience while getting the letter from my employer JK Tyres & Ind Ltd. Had to call & personally request Vice-President for the letter & make excuses that i was immigrating with my full family & this FSW process would take 2-3 years. ;) ;) ;)

If you had applied last year & your documents were kept by CIC, then submit e-mail communication or letter form cic saying that your application was rejected along with request for new IELTS TRF & required fees. They do take such requests & issue new TRFs

I would suggest going directly to the police commissioners office in your district instead of PSK as if your current & permanent addresses are different, PSK does police verification at both addresses & that takes too long. But if you directly go to commissioner office of your current address...

Yes you can use HDFC credit card, For transaction in CAD, just FCY markup fee will be charged ny bank. And also very importantly, contact HDFC to increase your international limit of credit card, as limits of domestic & international transactions are different.

2171 is a hot NOC, among the top 5 as seen from CIC website.. If you are applying under tatkal for passport then you might recieve it in 10 days. Acc to me u shud wait for arnd 10 days and then send the complete package. As there is cap limit of 1000 per NOC, u could still be safe
