You should get 10 points according to info available on CIC website. Would request seniors to clarify this

Hope that your application has still not been touched. As seen from the spreadsheet, only 30% of 7th may applications have been charged, So you still have a gud chance..

I had personally went to the bank & inquired about the validity while making the DD. According to them all the DDs which they make are for 3 months validity because of RBI rules. As you are so sure regarinding the info, maybe she could have made a mistake & clubbed the rules of domestic DDs with...

@Oscar: Are you sure regarding 6 month validity of HDFC DD, as my bank representative told me that it was only valid for 3 months as per RBI regulation. Even my DD doesn't have a expiry date on it.

No they reply back with your UCI.. UCI number will be mentioned in the PER mail you will recieve.. And also they will only reply to your mail if your application had been sent 8 weeks before..

You are not late.. Send your application asap

U can use the bigger envelope, it shouldn't be a problem & for the address u can write either with pen or print it.. Don't worry about these small issues, try to send the application asap to make the caps.. Gud luck

U are surely not out of race.. They would have charged CC for some other NOC, while ur NOC could have been in the queue.. Wait for a week or two.. If you have applied last year, then you can check the status of your application using your old UCI number

You could use the SSC (10th) or HSC (12th) certificates as they have DOB & parents name mentioned in them..

My application for NOC 2132 reached CIC on 8th May. Just had a doubt does CIC process all the files in order of date they received irrespective of NOC codes or do they take up files of one NOC and then move onto another? In the spreadsheet, for NOC 2132 just 5 people have been charged or...
