Hello calgarypr, I cant advise on my experience but this looks just fine. They have accepted your medicals and only thing remaining is to pay RPRF and they will issue you visa... Good luck in future :) I hope Vienna Office will send me MR soon :)

It is better to play it safe, can you find flight that lands first in Ontario, Toronto for example.... It is mentioned that you can land first, anywhere except Quebec....

Hello Martina, When i have sent my application for each form where there just wasn't enough space i have added page. Title of page was name of form example IMM 5XXX, i added my name and created same table as one in form and filled it in. This page i have attached to form and sent. I don't know...
