I think it was around 10 days. and at first they gave me information that because of high volume of work they will be needing 5-6 weeks to complete my case, but in the end it was done in 4 weeks. My experience with them was good. advice that i had from friend was to pay additional fee for UPS shipment. i received report within 3 days + 20 days for evaluation

Sorry I'm not able to be more helpful on work experience :( I'm still waiting on my application to be charged... Maybe more experienced forum members will be able to help you on this.

Hello friend original birth certificate or notarised copy is mandatory. If your native language is not English you have to send it in native language + translation!

I was advised to pay additional fee for express shipment so I did it. Received my package within 4 days via UPS. I think if he is in hurry this is the best way. Hope this helps.

Since you are flying over southern Europe stop in Serbia to pick me up :) But only if you are not in hurry I'm 9th September applicant so i guess I have to wait for next plane :D

I think you should get it in 2-3 weeks.
