Actually the guidelines state->

One photo must: -> bear the name and complete address of the photo studio and the date the photo was taken
must be included on the back of one photo.

So that's it...no need to write anything else and keep the 2nd photo blank...Ur Visa office is Bucharest? Is there a link to photo guidelines given in ur PPR Mail? How will you be submitting your Passport?

Let there be a lot of MR today :) ;) :D ;D 8) :P

Hi Dude,

Documents I carried were->
The passport, the photos (with date of photo and address of photo studio on the back of one), the printout of the Passport Request Letter from NDVO, and the table of Family Info which was sent in the PPR Mail (I created the table in Word and typed my info)

You need to pay Rs. 579 in cash (only) at VFS..Suggest you carry change as well :)

Since I'm a single applicant your 2nd question doesn't apply but other members have reported that you can submit your family members' passports as well- you need to however carry an Authorization Letter from them..Suggest you contact alwaysonnet once he can help u...

Thanks Buddy and +1 for your quick reply :)

Who recommends to do the Spuctum test - CIC or the Medical test centre?

My husband was cured of TB 4 years back.

We did medicals yesterday and the X ray did not show any signs of TB.

But later when we showed the previous medical reports, the doctor wrote "Auto B grade" on the form. He said that even though the X Ray does not show any signs at all , he might have to do a Spuctum test and the processing will get delayed.

Anyone who had TB history and not advised to take the Spuctum test???

Anyone among the both can recommend. But if Panel Physician has recommended then its mandatory to go for the advised test. Meds can only be placed at CIC scrutiny, once the are cleared by the panel physician.
Your husband will be cleared of at the cost of delayed process.

Ok sister :) That's y i asked..you have been quoted a different link for the photo specifications....We at NDVO got the other link..

Your link mentions the following->

"Provide the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos
Print the name of the person on the back of the photos."

So write your name, name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on both the photos..take some extra blank photos as well to be safe...:)

Don't worry VFS office will guide you..in my case, I had followed the exact guidelines given as per my office but the VFS fellow insisted that I also write my Name and DOB as well on the back of both photos...so one of the photos's back was crammed with info... :P

Go there and see what they guide..Good luck!! :)
