i doubt it... you need the forms to do medicals - they are send by CIC and can not be downloaded from the web site...

i'm not self-employed - so not familiar with how income/tax works with self-emplyed... but i was under impression that if you have income from whatever source then you are supposed to report it and pay tax on it... and it will appear in Option C printout... i thought that 12 months option is...

just my personal opinion... i don't like London office because they requested additional test and did not let me know about it... and i read about cases when request for additional test from London was send 3-4 months after first medicals were completed (instead of 2 weeks - 1 month from Ottawa)...

just my personal opinion... i would not insist on sending medicals to London... i think it's a regular procedure for a doctor to send medical results to the regional office he 'belongs to'... so i think it will not delay the process... in addition to that - i personally don't like medical...

i was not asked for any income proof... but i provided option C printout for all years since 2008 without CIC asking me about it... i belive that some people were asked to provide T4s and other proof of income...

did the passport request come from ND? or it was a request from Ottawa to submit passport to ND?

there are 2 ways of calculating income according to finance evaluation form: based on line 150 from option C printout and based on 12 months income (personal income from employment, from business, from rental, investment, interest)... and it looks like you can use whatever is higher... i'm also...

my guess is that CIC looks at the income in line 150 of Option C printout (and/or other documents provided) compares with LICO and calculates for how many people the requirements are met... and then compares with the real number of people in the family (sponsor+spouse+kids+sponsored parents)...

i think that ordering electonic notes does not impact the timeline... however i can not be absolutely sure...

ordered about a month ago... the problem is that it was the second medicals in July... first was in March so mediacals expire in the beginning of March 2013...

received GCMS notes today... nothing has changed since medicals passed in August... Criminality, Security, Eligibility - not started... looks like nobody has touched the file for 2 months :(

i did not get any letters from Ottawa... the letter for additional medicals was from medical office in London... i only received a medical request by e-mail from Ottawa - it was not included in the notes... if you are thinking about ordering a physical copy of the file to get the passport...

in my case Furthered meant that additional medical tests were requested... in my case waiting for the due date would not not have helped... the request for additional medicals were generated on March 15... i never received it... even if all due dates has passed... maybe it was sent to a doctor...

actually not... it included everything that i sent to cic... but it did not include the old letter that i received from cic in 2008 or a letter that confirmed my sponsorship approval in Jan 2012...

i had very similar records in my GCMS notes - it was a request to do additional meds that i've never received... i ordered a physical copy of the file so it included the scan of the letter that was generated by medical office.. we printed it, brought to the doctor and did additional tests that...
