they usually have a template and only fill in the name, date and number... so any company can do it... you just tell them that you need a notirezed translation... don't worry about it...

a baby in Russia can have a foreign passport... your wife needs baby's birth certificate and proof of Russian citizenship for the baby to apply for foreign passport for a child. the foreign passport is in english - so you don't need to translate it. but you might need to notirize the copy.

i don't think the parents can do the medical now... you need to be approved as a sponsor and then the papers for medical will be send to your parents... photo specifications are at cic web site in the guide - appendix A... cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf

$490 they are looking for the photos for applicants + dependents. Your parents are applicants - you need to submit their photos. If there are any other dependents on the file - they also need to submit photos.

are you sure about it? this information was requested for parents before on the second step - after application is approved in Mississauga and file goes to a local embassy...

Does it look like that letter that cic promised to send to sponsors? (you can check cic web site cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2011/ob353.asp ) The fee might be the landing fee - i belive that it is not required to pay at the time of application... Can you please provide more...
