i doubt about it... my LVO is Moscow and i think i see a code for it - RC-6075... and i think that CPP-O sends passport requests (for the passport to be send to LVO)...

they click on their status (either Application received or In process) and see more details... that's where they see Medical results has been received...

if you did not provide an e-mail address in IMM 0008 then all the correspondence were done via mailing adddress from IMM 0008... if you order GCMS notes (electronic notes of your file) you will see where is the file and if medicals has been send or not...

some cases - where local knowledge is not required - are processed in Ottawa... some cases (all cases with dependents and some withouth dependents) are processed in LVOs...

if the case is in Ottawa - then it's a little strange that you haven't received anything from them since April... CPP-O usually sends medical requests (by e-mail) reasonalby soon after the file transfer... if the case is in LVO - it might take longet to receive any correspondence from them...

i think that call centre agents are not always 100% accurate... does the letter from CPC-M also says that the case is in Ottawa? i sent a couple of e-mails to CPP-O but always received automated response: "Due to the high volume of correspondence received, we are unable to provide status...

Some parents sponsorship applications are being processed in Ottawa and some in LVOs... Do you know where your case was transferred? Did you receive a letter from Mississauga saying that you are approved as a sponsor? this letter usually says where the case was transferred...

do you see Medicals received when you click on Application received? it is normal to see Application received... there are several people from Ottawa office who already got passport request with Application received status... and some people with Decision Made status and No passport request...

does he see Medicals received status? my understanding is that medicals go to the medical office, then being reviewed by medical officer, then he updates the system if they passed and status changes to 'Medicals received' meaning they are received by Ottawa... the possibilities are: -...

he can order GCMS notes - might give some info... he can contact the doctor who did medicals and confirm if the medicals were sent and if any additional tests were requested... may be the doctor can contact the medical office and verify if medicals were received... or re-send the medicals...
