Nothing special for the spreadsheet. Normally yes, the PA would have to go to the nearest Panel Physician (it is a 1 hour flight, not too bad). You can probably call IRCC and ask them if it is ok to go to Copenhagen. Call the Panel Physician in Copenhagen and ask them the same question. Best...
