I assume that you are doing outland application. Therefore, the medical results will be sent by the physician to London (me thinks). You're the one who needs to obtain and send translated police certificate and the original along with your application. Send photocopy of the passport as well...

Cool, thanks... However, the form only has 6 items to be filled in; she is bringing in her clothes and nothing else (and she has more than 6 items). I can understand if CBA wants to know about appliances and stuff like that, but why do they need to know aboyt the clothes? Underwear, sweaters...
