Thank you for your advice. I'm not worrying about sending passport abroad. I think it's legal in my country. By the way, my visa office is in Warsaw, Poland. My concern is how to get it back. And regular post in my country is very unreliable.

And what is interesting... There is no information neither on cic.gc.ca, nor on the official website of that specific embassy where I have to send passport.

I doubt if they (VO) will send it with usual post. I know in Canada post service works well, but in my case visa office is not in Canada, and usual post is very unreliable (and slow by the way).

But what option do I have in this case? And you write "They will not accept it when you give it for shipment." Who "they"? DHL will not accept such a delivery or visa office?
