Hi All,

We are in the Express Entry pool at 462 and are starting to gather together our docs and info hoping to get an ITA fairly soon...
One of the forms we will have to provide asks us to list all the trips we have taken outside of the country of origin or residence in the last 10 years.

A couple of questions:

- I'm Italian and I travelled often between London (current residency) and Italy. Do you think I need to include all my travels between my country of origin and country of residency?

- We will do our best to list all our trips but we took many flights in Europe and to the US, including for work, and for some of the older ones we don't have a Visa stamp nor a record anywhere. We were thinking of writing an accompanying letter explaining that we did our best but that some trips might be missing because we have no record of them and can't remember when we took them.

Has anyone else been in this situation? If so do you think the approach above is enough?

Thanks and good luck all!

Record every trip, even ones without stamps. If you're not sure on dates, guess and explain its a guess in your LOE.

I'm not a "big expert", but I believe for some people it's practically impossible to include all trips. Some people can travel every week by business reasons during years. Do you think is it possible to remember hundreds of trips, especially without visa stamp? I don't think so.

Future83,
My opinion is you should include at least all countries where you have been to for the last 10 years (I mean at least one trip for each country). If you have really a lot of trips to London, you can mention several last of them, and in a letter of explanation you can say that there were much more trips that you cannot include for some reasons you described above.

That's why I said guess. If you can't guess or you believe there's too many to record, then you have to mention it in LOE.

As a side point, if a person has visited a country repeatedly for more than 6 months, even a day at a time, they have to get police checks. For instance, someone living in Germany travels to France once a week to work for 3 years they would have to get a police check. That's why they ask to record every trip.
