Both from within and outside Canada does not work. I've written before, I cannot access my account with my GCKey but my husband can use his without any problems.

kryt0n, different devices or internet connections aren't working, because the error is on CIC's side, and they are working to fix it. We just should wait.

What solution would you like? :) As Daniala said above, CIC is aware about this problem and they are working on it. All we can do is to wait until it has been fixed.
