To be honest, I cannot clearly understand you... lalicatter's advice was about how to link an application to MyCIC account, but not how to log in, when we're getting 500 error.

There was a topic where caregivers shared timelines. But it (that topic) looks like dead.. There were not any messages there for 2 months

But it seems that there are not co many people... I did not manage to find any topic like this one that I created.

I'm wondering how many caregivers are really applying under this program.. CIC told that there is a cap of 2750 applications per year.. And that previous years about 4500 live-in caregivers applied under the old program (LCP) each year.

+1) How have you solved it? But I really doubt that it can be solved somehow by us, usual users of that website. It's a system error and requires internal work.

No no no... I submitted my application on paper a month ago to CPC-V in Vegreville and now I just linked this application to MyCIC. So I have not uploaded any documents through MyCIC.

I'm not under Express Entry and I do not have an ITA. I see very general information like about on this image...

I think no one knows that, but...

You know, there was some maintenance work on Friday and after that GCKey got broken. So, the first suggestion - they deployed some new code and it broke the system. But why not to rollback it?!

But it's really annoying. Like a fate. To work all day searching for bugs at work and then in the evening to do the same at home. But at work I at least can fix these bugs or to look at the code. And here I feel to be blind.

I've tried to register a new one GCKey... And got new behavior. After I input my login and password and then press continue, I am redirected to the very home page http://www.cic.gc.ca/ Cleared cache, different browsers... So as an outcome. I have 3 accounts: mine, wife's and the new one. Mine...

I even submitted two enquiries here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp First time they answered some general advice. I tried and, obviously, did not help. I submitted another one request to them last Friday and still waiting for an answer.

And they say that you have to enter country/city of birth or passport data. I tried that both separately and together - nothing.
