Completely agree with you. I just posted it as a proof where cic says that this form is not applicable when you listed all dependents in the main IMM0008 form. based on this guidance from cic website i didn't include any IMM0008DEP form.

This is not a mistake. This form has to be completed ONLY if a sponsored person has more than 5 dependents. It's mentioned in the guide. When was your application received by cic?

For morning deliveries time is wrong. of course they charged maximum rate for 9AM service. and put wrong time on confirmation so that people didn't ask for refund. i am not sure about afternoon...

they first gave some info. now processing center shut them up. this proves that something is wrong in the way they handle papers. probably their system is updated weekly, so they might be angry because you call every day and they record every call.
