Harsh, Dont try to read whole paragraphs, If you do so you wont get good bands. Read questions first, derive a keyword from a question.....( take 4-5 questions / keywords same time ) and start random search within content. Somewhere you will find similar data and when you get something related...

General takes little more time...SPP maximum 7-10 days. You should apply for visa before 2 months....Today I came to know that few visa officers went on strike from my consultant here.....So it will take more time for both categories.

dpnt worry about reading, academic reading section is quite irritating, but other sections are good and sufficient for academic person so you have a proper bands.

You should make correction if there is mistake in your letter of acceptance. Visa officer doesnt know actual spellings....If they find something suspicious then there are chances of visa rejection. So it is always better to make everything correct.
