Sending additional docs would not help at this stage. Your eligibility is determined by your work experience as of the date you applied.

davidf, I had the same problem. I had been waiting for my T4 and NOA, and my police certificates were about to pass the 3 month threshold, so I just sent in my application without the T4 and NOA. Received my AOR in about 40 days and immediately emailed them my T4. I'm still waiting for the NOA.
