    I hope you get Canadian PR soon to start your life peacefully again.... I strongly suggest you to go to an immigration lawyer and discuss your case...you can pay them hourly and discuss....it wont even cost much money....consultants are not good enough to suggest you for a complicated case....

    You don't need your polytechnic marksheets as that is not your highest education. You need only your bachelors for ECA/WES. You can "sworn in" with a notary to say that both these names belong to same person and she is your mother in case there is any discrepancy in any of the names in documents.
