I got my ITA after receiving the report....but I never went in and changed the WES received date...I just put a random approximate date when I created the profile....may be VO ignored it or I got lucky...not sure....

Well, ideally you should not but I did that... You get the WES reference number as soon as you create the online account...its the same number which is there on the reports...so if you are sure that you are going to get the report on time then you can take the chance... FYI...I already have my...

To create the profile, you just need the WES reference number. You get the reference number as soon as you submit your application to WES. So you don't have to wait for the report and can create the profile with the reference number. But the problem is if you get the ITA in-between and WES...

Yes that is why I asked this question. NAFTA is completely different than PR. We already have a section for PR/Express Entry. It is good for all of us to keep everything at one place as we have lot of discussion going on there.

Why do we need this new section. There is nothing new for an American citizen. Its same for them as it is for any other person. They can refer the Express Entry section for any information. It would be just redundant information here.

Yes you can get the BOWP provided you have currently have a valid work permit....go through the link that DelPiero07 posted above.... Does not matter if secondary applicant has job or not....he/she wont get the BOWP...they can stay here as a visitor.....
