You need to send only 1 PCC. 3 years is pretty long time anyways so its always better to send PCC for your current address. Anyways, on the forms you must have stated already that you have been living in Haryana for the last three years.

This is strange. CIC never calls. When application is returned you must have got a letter stating the reason for it.

Dear Deepali, it does not matter who made the DD for you. It sounds like you are the principal applicant so you will be paying fee, not your mom. your name should be there and thats correct. Good luck!!!!

You dont need to reply any email or do anything. All you have to do is calm down and wait for your MR request. Your file has already been transferred to local VO for processing.

Process is same for all irrespective of whether app reached by regular mail or courier. All the best!!!!

Yes you can use that UCI. If fee in encashed you will be able to see your ECAS. here is the link... use first option of client id / uci https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do

Since you are the main applicant there should not be any issue. But if you haven't sent your app yet, pls make an affidavit with full details. Since you have time why to take chance for few bucks.
