Buddy... as long as you have got the PER there is no issues. You dont need to think too much about your degree and work. You provided the evidence thats why CIC has accpted you and got the PER. I dont see this is the reason for rejection. what max can happen is NDVO call you for interview...

Lalit, PCC is 1 across the country and CIC will accept it irrespective of which city it is taken from. The simplest way is to google and call up PSK Gurgaon and ask if they would issue you PCC, being from Jaipur origin.

when u sent ur app with regular Royal mail how do you know that package was signed and deliver by Canada post?? Did you have any tracking number? moved from Royal mail to Canada post then how did you track it ?
