well child can be born even after getting the visa and before flying to Canada so I dont think there is anything funny in it. But yes, child should get the passport with the visa to travel.

This was asked before as well but courier service seems to be better for this.

Hi, You better post on the 2013 thread, there are many experienced who can share views..... Even my application reached in August 30. I haven't heard anything from them yet. ??? ??? But no worries, still positive, if this is taking more time then things will come up good.. :) Regards
