well I think first you should contact your CC/DD banker and see if your fee is been charged or not..... Otherwise, it may take 2 weeks to a month to return ur app.

It should have been encashed thats why your Ecas is in process.

But there is also a case in the SS whose fee charged but Ecas disappeared and file returned.

Sorry to say but as most of us are aware of the fact that CIC does not accept self written/attested duties. OR in extreme case it has to be supported by some sort of supporting document such as reporting manager's business card, salary slips, appointment letter etc etc. And obviously a covering...
