    hi..i am sorry but physician can't refuse you from re medical or medical upfront in Family class visa. There had been applicants who did on their own, one of them is KHALSA14 ( page no. 1902 new Delhi 2014 applicants) who got DM in nov 2015 & did medical on his own :D :)

    i will suggest to do it on your own as it may save 1-2 months or even more . There had been one case in recent 2014 who did medical on his own and got PPR & DM without re-medical request . Remember to send the scanned email to case specific and also original copy to NVDO with a cover letter.
