hi there we have pretty similar timeline keep updating if you hear anything... and dont worry about AOR or dates file received, everything looks good on your timeline as mine & even other applicants would shows same thing.... currently NDVO is working on jan 2015 files so hopefully mid of next...

It's valid for 1 year and looking at current trends file may take 10-11 months to open if you pass eligibility otherwise 17 months.

i will suggest you to take professional advise from some expert lawyer. As per my knowledge switching to new job or being jobless for couple to some months doesn't effect your case once sponsorship is approved. But as a sponsor you have undertaken that you will be responsible for the living...

hi..i am sorry but physician can't refuse you from re medical or medical upfront in Family class visa. There had been applicants who did on their own, one of them is KHALSA14 ( page no. 1902 new Delhi 2014 applicants) who got DM in nov 2015 & did medical on his own :D :)

i will suggest to do it on your own as it may save 1-2 months or even more . There had been one case in recent 2014 who did medical on his own and got PPR & DM without re-medical request . Remember to send the scanned email to case specific and also original copy to NVDO with a cover letter.

I am not that senior but according to current trends looks like you fall in new in process system as there is a big lot of applicants who went to in process on 9th oct ... which at the movement looks nothing more than old AR/MR.. that's what i think, i might be wrong sorry for hurting your...
