There is only one applicant of march who got re medical and it might be related to their TRV visa ... otherwise we all are waiting for updates hopefully hear something soon ... and GSMS notes doesn't effect your case at all they are just to check status / processing of your file, the date...

Its really not mandatory to add your name on your wife's passport. If you really want to add make sure get medical with new passport after adding her/him name . You have to add your surname after her name and also your spouse name in her passport column thanks
