Hi, physician can't load the results to the CIC site until unless he is getting the re-medical request :)

Jai Shri Ram
hi..i am sorry but physician can't refuse you from re medical or medical upfront in Family class visa. There had been applicants who did on their own, one of them is KHALSA14 ( page no. 1902 new Delhi 2014 applicants) who got DM in nov 2015 & did medical on his own :D :)

Hi Everyone,

I need some help, im going to India to get married next month, after which I will send in the application to bring my spouse to canada. We will be applying to New delhi visa office. I am a Canadian citizen and my spouse is an Indian citizen. She has been working in Singapore, for the last 5 years. My questions are as follows

- Does she need to get a police clearance from Mumbai (since she lived there all her life before she left to work in Singapore) as well as a police clearance certificate from singapore?

- Since Indian embassy in Singapore only provides a certifcate of clearance, after a letter is issued by the concerned visa office...will this lead to delays in processing our file?

Hi, go talk to your MP, ask him to call CIC and get the file number, what CIC is saying to you for file number? Even drop an email to new Immigration Minister Office explaining your situation.

Rab Bhalli Karange :)

Hi Pgu,

Thank you for your concern. Surely we will do that. We have got an appointment next week with the MP.

She has to apply for the PCC where ever she lived for more than 6 months after age of 18. she can apply for Indian PCC or any other legal document they issue at Indian embassy in Singapore or she can apply one when she will be in Mumbai what ever is easy both are acceptable & there will be no unnecessary delay.

As per members of this forums very few applicants' from Jan 2015 got DM/PPR.
If Mar 2015 got ppr then its really a ray of hope for all.

Many Thanks
