From Manila, unfortunately yes. Manila does not entertain enquiries of any kind . Many have tried to no avail, we have to sit and wait in the dark until we receive requests. From experience expect to wait 9 to 10 months to hear anything from Manila unfortunately.

Just to clarify, your application will be revisited on or before the 60 days. The 60 days is the limit CIC can take for revisiting app. I never worded first response very well.
