You are correct Manila sends no AOR, one of the few VO's that don't. No -one knows why, just the way Manila does it. Be prepared for months with no word unfortunately. Good Luck

Also start watching E-CAS about the 8 th month, E-CAS updates not only on Tuesdays could be any day. Any updates I received came on other days of the week. Thursday and Friday mostly.

We got the samething May 29,2014. How long they give you to send in request?( at different VO, we are Manila) We still have no COPR, but I believe COPR will come after the time allowed to send in request. Very close now, CONGRATS.

Japan is Passport exempt, no PPR.

Meds can be extended at the discretion of VISA Officer, not all get extended. I think it all depends on how far into the process CIC is when meds expire. If close to finished they will extend, if not re-med.

I think all CEM does at this stage is review the info, ours was only 9 days in process before PPR. But we are still waiting for the "magical" COPR. I think that DM will be your next step or VISA might just show up at your wife's address. Good Luck

This is the part I can't understand, why some get PPR and then wait. If they request passport CIC should have some idea about app. I can't see why CIC requests passport while application still not completely done or close to finished. Only thing I did different then most is first part of April...
