470 scores is now cleared. Assuming only a few enter the pool in these two coming week with 470s, obviously I don't think 1000s. Nest draw might be 450-460.

That's what I think though. Although there are many in 400-450 range, those in the above 600 because of LMIA would no longer exist. Score will drop ;D

Scores might go below 450 by end of December this year as not all people will be impacted by the reform. Only 25% of applicants (international students) in the pool got bonus points. For French, should they get additional points, only 1% have French in the pool anyway ;)

Don't think so, that's why the reforms took place, to reduce points for LMIA. Also, Immigration Francophone push for reforms on them as the way they are presently operating is unfair, as can be inferred :P

Not all international students will get 50 points as most of them are PGWP holders and I think that many were from India doing 2-year course like diploma (like the guy who make the speech in Brampton town hall on Sept 1, he said that most studied for 2 years and get 3 years PGWP), thus might be...

Think CIC really wants applicants in some particular NOCs to be chosen. That's why a draw takes place today, in order to favoured some NOCs with LMIA rather than deferring it after Nov 19.

That's the strategy to attract international students. I don't think it will be 40% on federal level, Express Entry directly through this additional points, but rather most international students will come from the strict PNP like BC, Nova Scotia and the like where quota has been increased ;)

You should pass the eligibility test score of at least 67, which is done on CIC website, after which it will tell you whether you are eligible or not, with a code to be used when creating your profile.

They rectify it. Yesterday it was first mentioned Fall 2017. Quite motivating to hear in fact it is Fall 2016. Hope see more additional points soon ;)
