I'm sure that you might get ITA easily if you are above 380 and impacted by 2 of reforms: 1) Siblings and 2) French. :) Scores might drop below 400 soon because of reduction in LMIA points.

I have to create my new profile, just waiting for new additional points :) So, as nothing is official for me at this moment, it makes no importance to mention it. I will tell it, if asked, after I make a new profile. :P

Why? The answer will not matter anyway :) Siblings category will be given points only if they are eligible under Express Entry in the pool. They are not unskilled as they will be people in the pool already. The issue is that IRCC want these people to get picked up ;D

Much more I think, depending on number of people in this category in the pool. If they are in the same number as students, then I think it might be the same 30 max, if they are less than students, then it will be more than 30 :P

As this was at the core of their election, may be a separate Notice is coming near New Year's end as a means to show their promise fulfilled clearly during this festive season, as a New Year's gift. I will not be surprised if Siblings would be given lots additional points. :)

They need Francophone to settle outside the province of Québec. That is why they would give more points to those who have both official languages in their profile.

I don't think they would wait for the intake to make further announcements, as you see Kadian's intake is in May 2017.
