Still no change in status for me. Friday I submit my application for a bridge visa to BC-PNP so fingers crossed I get a fast turn around and can apply for a new job.

You need your PNP to get PR. If you want to leave your job apply for a new jobs and transfer the PNP to the new job. In short DO NOT QUIT!

Same as me. My PNP is due to run out in 5 months so applying for a bridge visa when it gets to 4 months to go and that will give me an open work permit until I get PR.

If you have PR then you can work for anyone so you dont have to stay with the same company.

Oops, I should have said, this time next week it will be 6 months to the day.
