Your job is the reason why you got PNP, so without that job your PNP can be taken away from your which will stop your PR application.

In one way I wish we did as once you have PPR you know you are in. When I see DM I'm going to be stressing until I get a letter saying I've got PR.

I'm from the UK so when ever I came to Canada in the past on holiday I got a visa on entry at the airport e.g. a stamp in my passport. Trying to find a visa exempt countries list.

I'm a little confused, I've had a few friends that have got PR while in Canada on PNP and weren't asked for the passports, but I see other people on here that are in Canada and have had PPR. As I'm at this point I'm wondering will I be asked for my passport or like my friends will I get DM...

Yes. Not sure about he small borders but the main ones dont close, they are 24/7 year round.

So until you hear other wise think positively about your PPR.
