Might be lots of reasons: Is your experience in NOC 0 A or B? More than 1 year? Ielts score ECA for your university degree? 67 points in FSW? I assume you are applying under FSW right?

You should put the NOC in which you have experience, doesn't matter what kind of diploma you have, important thing is your eligible high skill work experience, so in your case it's pharma sales, unless you have other work experiences.

Yes letter from HR department says my position, on my offer letter there is no duties listed. Also my manager is not working for that company anymore, so she can't write the letter on the official company's letterhead, that's the problem.
