No You are right here but still if its doable for you to raise your IELTS score and apply for PR it would be an easier path. If you certainly cannot then try for student visa. P.S I added an extra zero in my fees comment, it was $14000 :P

Ok, correct me if I am wrong. Only LMIA job offer or LMIA exempt job is considered as valid. If I have an open work permit + full time job that does not count as a valid job offer for FSWP and I need to show proof of funds in that case. Many thanks
