your first statement is confusing me, u say u lost it in toronto canada and then you travelled to india .... where did you lose it, if you lost it in Canada , how did you fly to India then without a passport ?

buddy i applied on 24th july, on 25th evening the medical status changed to passed, on 28th i got the message for passport submission, i submitted passport on 29th and now i am waiting for it

yes someone told me that they dont ask for passport for a refusal, passport submission means a yes, but i want to confirm , some one please reply :D

I had applied online on 24th May.. and i just got an email sayin Dear XYZ This is in refrence to your aplication for temporay residence. A decison has ben made on your aplication. We require your pasport o finalize procesing your aplication. Does that mean my visa is approved ?? i think yes...

hi friends.. i applied today online... my counsellor made a mistake in application and in the column of visa expiry date she entered 2020-02-20 whereas actually it was 2020-02-02 ... i saw it when i checked the PDFs later at home, i didnt realize at that point because it is just slight mistake...
