You were supposed to carry these proofs, as we do mention settlement funds and promise to bring that amount upon our arrival in Canada. I dont know why some people are considering this absurd but the officer is not at all wrong on his part.

I think adding such explanations will only make the case complicated. Adding work history in study visa application is only on a generic form and not a mandatory requirement for study visa. So when it wasnt needed we didnt show it. Now when its absolutely required for EE we are disclosing it...

You dont need to send a WES report specifically. Upload it with your educational documents and they can verify themselves if needed.
