Based on your work experience, you're not eligible for CEC. For FSWP, you'll have to show you have enough funds, unless you:
  • are currently able to legally work in Canada, and
  • have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada.
Find out if you meet these conditions, otherwise, you'd need to show proof of funds to become eligible.
Thanks
I am currently in Canada and employed, income is around 3000 CAD per month. My employer is ready to provide reference of any kind but not LMIA. is that good enough ?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Unless you have a valid job offer you have to show the required funds.

This means LMIA or a LMIA exempt work permit which is employer specific (and you've worked for a year with that employer)

If you have an open work permit you do not have a valid job offer.

Ok, correct me if I am wrong.
Only LMIA job offer or LMIA exempt job is considered as valid.
If I have an open work permit + full time job that does not count as a valid job offer for FSWP and I need to show proof of funds in that case.

Many thanks
