Another applicant did not even submit an affidavit for his BC (which did not have his name), he still got his PER. Regarding indication of full time employment, CIC knows Indian companies do not have concept of 'working hours' and getting a promotion can only be possible for a full time...

Correct, below is what's mentioned at the top of the form: "The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner (if applicable), and all dependent children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form. Complete ALL names in English and in your native language"...

The statement in quotes is picked up from the CIC guide. It simply means if you hold 2 post secondary programs, one of which is at least 3 years or more, you get 22 points. You have a Bachelor's Degree of Four Years, which complies with the 'And' part of the CIC requirement. The MBA degree...
